Write to support@legal5.app with your registered phone number and, where relevant, the consultation date. We reply within one business day.
Raise a dispute in the app
If a consultation did not happen as agreed, open it in the app and choose "Report an issue". Funds stay held while we review, and are returned to you if the session was not delivered.
Delete your account
You can delete your account from Settings in the app, or email us to request deletion. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
